Adam Perez passed away November 9, 2014 in Kremmling Co. He was born and raised in Denver Co. Adam was the oldest of 12 children, of Alejandro Ponce de Leon and Tabitha Ponce de Leon. Surviving siblings are Luis, Matthew, Ashley, Jasmin, Alex , Andrea, Evelyn, Zoe, Nathan, and Giovanni, deceased Preciosa. Adam enjoyed doing charity work for many organizations including the Angel Foundation. He loved singing, reading, and spending time with family and friends. He was survived by grandparents, numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Adam was loved by many.
