Alicia (Licha) C. Arellano
Beloved wife, mother, sister, and grandmother, Alicia Arellano passed away at her Colorado home on December 2, 2022. Born on October 21, 1947 in Loreto, Zacatecas (El Tepetate). Alicia and her family spent most of their years in Vado, NM where she raised her five children. Alicia excelled in her career in housekeeping for over 50 years until her passing. Alicia was passionate for God and Jesus, loved praying, enjoyed traveling, gardening, cooking, and looking beautiful throughout her fulfilling life, but her true joy was being surrounded by her family.
Alicia is survived by her husband Juan Manuel Arellano II- together for over 50 years, her children Elizabeth Gonzalez, Juan M Arellano III, Anabel Tellez, Erica Alatorre, Gilbert Casillas Arellano, fifteen grandchildren and five siblings. We were so blessed to have had her in our lives. She will be deeply missed and we will remember her as a nurturing, caring, generous, and amazing person who always gave her love unconditionally.
A celebration of life will be held at Latina Funeral & Cremations chapel in Denver, CO.
