Buenaventura Reyes Arellano

We regret to announce the passing of Ventura Reyes age 81, of Denver, Colorado passed away on Wednesday, August 10,2022, at home with family after a difficult battle with Heart Failure. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Maria Reyes and son Ricardo Reyes. He was born on April 4,1941 in Tlahualilo,Durango, beloved son of Gabina and Jesus Reyes. Ventura is survived by his children, Jesus Reyes, Sandra Reyes, Teresa Soto, Lidia Rocha, Guadalupe and Daniel Reyes, brother, Ramiro Reyes, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, in-laws, cousins and friends. Ventura was a mechanic, met his wife Maria in mexico, years later moved to Denver pursuing his career as a mechanic and giving his wife and children a better life. Ventura's biggest passion in life was music. An avid guitarist/singer. Ventura would be there and do anything for his kids and grandchildren. Ventura was a loyal brother, father, husband, grandfather, in-law, uncle, and friend. Ventura had one of the biggest hearts to help those in need, even if he was struggling himself. He was part of a big family that loved him dearly, We will miss you Ventura, we are always going to hold onto the amazing memories we all shared with you! Rest in Peace Dad!
