Javier Xavier Rivera, 46, of Denver, passed away peacefully on June 8th 2013 with his wife Tracy Rivera by his side. He spent his last week surrounded by family and friends making new memories.

Javier was born September 19th 1966 in Charlotte, TX to Benita Rivera and Jose Rivera.

He was dedicated to his family and friends, enjoyed spending time with them, fishing, building his home and raising the kids. He attended Westminster High School and worked between California and Colorado as a Plumber and Head Cook.

Javier was survived by his wife Tracy Rivera, mother Benita Rivera, Stepchildren Meaghan Arellano, Ashley Arellano and Stephen Arellano, Siblings Louie Rivera, Ramiro Rivera, Tanya Rivera and Miguel Rivera, step granddaughter Annalycia Villalobos, Grandma Louisa Nunez, many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces, sister in-laws, brother in-laws and friends. He was loved by all.

Services will be held at Funeraria Latina Family Chapel, 3020 N. Federal. Viewing will start at 3:30 PM and mass will start at 5 PM. A reception will be held at Skyline Hall located at 158 S. Federal immediately following the mass. All friends and family are encourage to attend.
