Mary (Madeline) Gonzalez,

Age 71, passed away at home in hospice care with her loved one's in Aurora, CO on April 6th, 2023. Born in Pueblo, CO to Lupe Montoya and Irene Hernandez. Mary had been sick for some time battling several health conditions, her liver and kidneys were severely damaged resulting in death. Mary was a loving and caring soul. Anyone who knew her fell in love with her sweet and soft voice, her big heart, strong will and her pure love. Mary will leave behind a big heartache and emptiness but most importantly a lot of great memories that will be cherished and forever live in our hearts, she enjoyed long road trips and gatherings with family. Mary was such a loving person she always looked out for  everyone's well being, she was so selfless, she always made a way no matter what it took. Mary is survived by her husband Jose Gonzalez, her children Lawrence, Bernadette, Anthony, Joaquin, DeeDee and Priscilla. 17 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren. Niece Louise, cousin's Frankie & Linda and many other family and friends. Preceded in death by her Father Lupe, Mother Irene, Sister Lupe, Granddaughter Deserae, Nephew Vincent and many other family members.

Services will be held at Latina Funerals & Cremations at 3020 Federal Blvd, Denver, CO 80211 On April 22nd, 2023. Public viewing starting at 11AM Mass will follow at 1PM. Reception TBD.
