On Sunday, December 4th ^, 2016 God called our lovely Rose Mary Masias home. Colorado raised, Rose lived a beautiful, peaceful life surrounded by loved ones. Her blunt sense of humor and kind, loving soul will truly be missed.

Rose is preceded by her mother Mary Hernandez, her brother Joe "Lupe," Masias, sisters; Mary "Timmie" Dover and Mary Allen Romero. Rose also had 4 grandchildren awaiting her arrival; Andre Masias, Alexis Masias, Dominique Masias and Natalie Masias.

Here to carry on her legacy is her husband of 20 years, Manuel Gutierrez. Her siblings; Daniel Masias, Mary Jane Masias, Susan (Scott) Pelc, Jessie Hernandez, Tony (Linda) Hernandez, Dolores Hernandez, Joseph Hernandez, Nellie "BB" Esquibel and Antonia Calderon. Rose leaves behind six children; Leeann (Daniel) Larsen, Nathaniel (Suzanne) Masias, Jodie Masias, Danielle Masias as well as 19 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

In this inevitable time of sadness, we are asking all of our friends and family to rejoice together in the remembrance of Rose. The public viewing will begin at 1pm followed by the services at 2:30pm on December 14, 2016 at Latina Funerals & Cremations located at 3020 Federal Blvd, Denver, CO 80211.
