Thomas was born to Dorothy and Tom Cordova on April 22, 1977, one of the happiest days of their lives. He was raised in North Denver for most of his childhood and graduated from North High School in 1996, where he was active in sports and extracurricular activities. Upon graduation he went to Metropolitan State University. Thomas was a Butcher by trade and a Journeyman, he loved the Denver Broncos, there wasn't a game he didn't watch, win or lose, he bled orange and blue. He loved to ski, travel and all family events. He especially loved sitting around a poker and/or blackjack table and winning big, something he did often. He loved his family and friends and was always the first to crack jokes and to make lemonade when given lemons.
Thomas is preceded in death by his beloved and adoring parents Dorothy Jimenez Cordova and Thomas Joseph Cordova, his sister, Claudine Cordova, his cousin and brother, Antonio "Tony" Cordova, his nephew Andres Aguirre, his grandparents and others, who he deeply loved and cared for.
He is survived by his older siblings, Michelle Montoya, brother-in-law, Jose Aguirre and Dayna Cordova of Denver, his best friend, cousin and brother Ricardo Cordova, his Goddaughter, Briana Cordova, his prima, Annie Gandarilla, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In Life, Learning and Friendship,
Michelle Montoya
